  Town and is a special advisor to the Minister of Labour.
  SHEILA MEINTJES is a lecturer in the Politics Department, University of the
  Witwatersrand.
  WILLIAM MUNRO has written on rural politics in Zimbabwe and is assistant
  professor in political science at Northwestern University, USA.
  JASON MYERS is writing a doctoral dissertation in Political Science for the
  University of California, Berkeley. He was based at the University of
  Durban-Westville for a year.
