BJORN HERSOUG works at the Norwegian College of Fishery Science, University
ofTromso.
SABINE MARSCHALL is senior lecturer in the Fine Arts Department, University
of Durban-Westville.
CHRISTOPHER MERRETT is the University Librarian, University of Natal
(Pietermaritzburg).
JENNY ROBINSON is a South African geographer currently lecturing at the London
School of Economics.
