Information    For Contributors:
     +Our subject      is Tanzania   and East Africa primarily       and anythin~ that
      relates   to development.     Our object is to ,=xplain what takes place m
      our environment,        and we would rather     not be bound by the narrow
      confines   of disciplines.    Utafiti  prefers    to cut accross   disciplinary
      boundarie s .
     +Articles    should contain up to 5,000 words as a general           rule,   and
      should be typed double-spaced,          with ample margins.      Author is re-
      quested   to send minimum two copie s of the Article.
     +Footnotes     should be placed at the end of the article        and numbered
      consecutively.       Tables and Figures     should be placed on separate
      pages.
     +Articles   are published     by the decision    of the Editorial   Board,    al-
      though the inclu sion of any article       does not indicate    the Board's
      approval    of the view s expressed      therein.
     +Twenty five off-prints      of each article    will be supplied to the author.
