Information For Contributors:
     +Our subject is Tanzania and East Africa primarily         and anything that
      relates  to development.   Our object is to ~xplain what takes place in
      our environment,     and we would rather not be bound by the narrow
      confines of disciplines.   Utan ti prefers    to cut accross  disciplinary.

     +Articles   should contain up to  S,OOO words as a gener'al rule, and
      should be typed double ..spaced,    with ample margins.      Author is re-
      quested to send minimum two copies of the Article.
     +Pootnotes should be placed at the end of the article       and numbered
      consecutively.   Tables and Figures     should be placed on separate
      pages •.
     +Articles   are published by the decision of the Editorial      Board,   al-
      though the inclusion of any article    does not indicate the Board's
      approval of the views expressed      therein.
     +Twenty five off-prints   of each article   will be supplied to the author.
