       "'Our subject is Tanzania and East Africa primarily and anything that relates
         to development. Our object is to explain what takes place in our evironment,
         and we would rather not be bound by the narrow confines of disciplines.
         UTAFlTIprefers to cut across disciplinary boundaries.
       "'Articles should contain up to 5,000 words as a general rule, and should be
         typed double-spaced, with ample margins. Author is requested to send mini-
         mum two copies of the Article.
       "'Footnotes should be placeQ at the end of the article and numbered conae-
         cutively. Tables and Figures should be pl~ced On separate pa~es.
       '"Articles are published by the decision of the Editorial Board, although the
         inclusion of any article does not indicate the Board's approval of the -views
         expcesied therein.
