President Obama announces an executive order to expedite a pipeline project that will help move oil more quickly and efficiently from Cushing, Oklahoma to refineries on the Gulf of Mexico. Obama discusses the Keystone Pipeline Project and concerns associated with the project, the United State's dependance on domestic and foreign oil, and the need for renewable energy as part of his "All-of-the-Above" energy strategy, meaning the U.S. needs to take advantage of all possible energy sources.
