Filmmaker Shinpei Takeda interviews Miyuki Broadwater,a survivor of the atomic bombing of Nagasaki in 1945
Miyuki Broadwater remembers walking into Nagasaki after the atomic bombing and and says that sight is still part of her nightmares. She talks about coming to the U.S. with her military husband and shares the difficulties of talking about the atomic bomb in the U.S., even within her family. She says that this interview is her first attempt to fully share her story.
