President Barack Obama and Vice President Joesph Biden speak at a campaign event held in Dayton, Ohio. Biden talks about the previous evening's debate with Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and tells listeners that Romney changed several of his previously held positions for the debate. Obama says that voters have a choice between two different visions for the country and suggests that Romney has a case of "Romnesia" and can't seem to remember positions he has taken on previous occasions. Obama also recounts his administration's record of accomplishments and describes his plan to build on the momentum of the economic recovery. Recording ends abruptly.
