U.S. President Barack Obama discusses relief efforts for those impacted by Hurricane Sandy
President Obama speaks at the Washington D.C. Red Cross Center about Hurricane Sandy relief efforts. He says coordination between from local, state, and federal officials has been "outstanding" and reassures those suffering from the storm and its aftermath that "America is with you." Obama describes his conversations with state and local officials promising a quick response and "No bureaucracy. No red tape." He praises the first responders and says "America is tough."
