President Obama and New Jersey Governor Christie hold a press conference after touring storm damage near Brigantine, New Jersey. Governor Christie praises Obama for federal support during and after the storm saying Obama's response has been tremendous. Obama tells the residents of New Jersey that the federal government is working closely with storm-stricken states and will make sure they get all the help they need as states rebuild their communities. He also states that he has instituted a "15-minute rule," giving his staff a timeline to return phone calls and "figure out a way to say yes."
