U.S. President Barack Obama visits the Jersey Shore
President Obama visits the Jersey Shore after last year's Hurricane Sandy destroyed sections of the shoreline, along with its tourist attractions and businesses. Obama joins New Jersey Governor Chris Christie (R) for a tour of the rebuilt areas and a chance to speak to the residents of the state. Both Obama and Christie laud the recovery work achieved so far, but stress there is much work remaining. Christie vows to not let anyone or anything get between him and the recovery effort.
