President Obama speaks to a crowd gathered on the eastern side of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. Obama talks about a number of issues including the legacy of German Reunification, freedom in Europe and the Middle East, and nuclear non-proliferation. He proposes further nuclear arms reduction agreements with Russia and says the U.S. would host a future summit on reducing nuclear threats.
