Economic message at the National Press Club
President Jimmy Carter speaks at the National Press Club about the upcoming election. The President explains the efforts his administration, and the nation, have made in order to combat the economic recession that has hurt the economies of the world over the last few years. Carter criticizes the lack of specificity by the Reagan campaign regarding how the Governor will finance his large tax cuts if he is elected president. Other speakers are not identified.
