U.S. President Barack Obama announces a proposed rule change to the Affordable Care Act
President Barack Obama announces a proposed rule change to the Affordable Care Act which would allow affected Americans to keep canceled health insurance policies for another year as companies and consumers adjust to the new demands of the ACA. He also says insurance companies must notify customers of what those policies lack, and of the options consumers have for better coverage under the new law. He answers questions from reporters about the ACA, Iran and immigration.
