President Barack Obama talks about American manufacturing and the economy during a visit to the ArcelorMittal steel plant in Cleveland, Ohio. Obama says he will continue working to implement the Affordable Care Act and commends Ohio Republican Governor John Kasich for expanding Medicaid and urges other Republican governors to put politics aside and do the same. He also praises ArcelorMittal as a global leader in advanced high-strength steel products and says they will help fuel an American manufacturing renaissance.
