Congressman Mike Rogers (R-MI) questions Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius about the implementation of the Healthcare.gov web site for the health insurance exchange which was provided for in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Rogers asserts that the website has inadequate security provisions to protect consumer's personal information.
