Maxine Foster recalls the Depression and war years
Life-long resident Maxine Foster talks about her work at the Tri-Cities Historical Museum through the Green Thumb program, her early school years, and finishing her education later in life. She also remembers the Depression years, the various jobs her father undertook, and rationing during World War II. She was born in Ferrysburg.
