Michigan State University junior Michelle Erwin talks about her hometown, her family, college life, and future plan
Michigan State University junior Michelle Erwin, a Mechanical Engineering major, talks about her hometown of Dearborn Heights, MI, her family, the community and family values which shape her, and why she was comfortable with moving away from home to college. She also discusses what she hopes to accomplish at MSU, life with room mates, dorm behavior, her classes, professors, and grades. Erwin says that the college experience is about far more than just doing well in your major and that it requires learning about your self, how to get along with different kinds of people, and how to be tolerant. She says that she hopes to be married in ten years and is looking forward to a career in engineering.
