President Obama talks about education reform at McGavock High School in Nashville, Tennessee. Obama praises the success of the high school and its students. He says the opportunity for a good education creates opportunities for success then advocates for using some of McGavok's techniques across the country. He says early childhood education pays dividends. Obama's remarks are made on the second day of a two-day tour highlighting initiatives from his State of the Union Address.
