President Obama speaks to the National Governors Association in the State Dining Room. Obama begins by joking with the governors then describes where he would like to work with the governors saying, "our cooperation is vital to make sure that we're doing right by the American people." Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin, chair of the NGA thanks the President and pledges a cooperative relationship.
