Vice President Joe Biden addresses the National Governors Association. Biden says he appreciates their hard work and optimism about doing some hard jobs. President Obama describes the challenges faced by the middle class and solicits support from the governors for his plans to create more good jobs that pay good wages, training more Americans to be able to take the jobs that are out there right now and the jobs that are created, guaranteeing access to a world-class education for every American child, and making sure that hard work pays off.
