U.S. President Barack Obama speaks during a three-nation, four-day European visit
President Obama talks about U.S. relations with the European Union. Obama says the borders of Europe can not be re-drawn with force and addresses Russia's justifications for entering Ukraine. He also compares Russia's decision to annex Crimea with the U.S. intervention in Iraq, saying the U.S. sought to work within the international system and not "annex Iraq." This is Obama's only planned speech during a three-nation, four-day European visit. Held at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels.
