President Obama announces that 7.1 million Americans have signed up for affordable, private health coverage under the Affordable Care Act by the March 31st deadline. Obama says the number of people covered is up and costs are down. He also says providing coverage for everyone in the country is achievable. Held in the White House Rose Garden.
