Poet and Professor of Creative Writing at Princeton University Tracy K. Smith talks about her interest in science fiction, and her father's influence. She reads her poems "Sci-Fi," "The Universe is Expanding," "My God Its Full of Stars," and others. Smith answers questions from the audience. Held at the Residential College in the Arts and Humanities Theater in Snyder Hall on the campus of Michigan State University. Part of the Spring Poetry Series presented by the RCAH Center for Poetry.
