United States President Barack Obama talks about combating the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), in Iraq and Syria. He tells reporters the U.S. led coalition has momentum against ISIL and that the terrorist organization is on the defensive. Obama makes his remarks following a closed meeting with the National Security Council at CIA headquarters.
