A quartet of folk musicians perform labor songs in a performance and talk entitled, "The Grand Industrial Band: The Wobblies as a Singing Union". The group opens with a song then intersperse their performance with the history of the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW), also known as the Wobblies. They answer questions from the audience. The group is introduced by John Beck, professor of Human Resources and Labor Relations. Part of the "Our Daily Work/Our Daily Lives" Brown Bag series co-sponsored by the MSU School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, the MSU Museum, and the MSU Library Colloquia Series.
