President George W. Bush addresses the nation after the loss of Space Shuttle Columbia upon reentering the Earth's atmosphere that morning. He reassures that this tragedy will not be the end of the United States space exploration. To the families of the lost astronauts, Bush also says that "You are not alone. Our entire nation grieves with you. And those you loved will always have the respect and gratituted of this country."
