President Clinton, in an address from the Oval Office, talks about U.S. strikes on a terrorist base in Afghanistan and a factory in Sudan creating chemical weapons materials. These two sites, Clinton says, were affiliated with Osama bin Laden. Clinton asserts that America will stand against any extremist groups attempting to undermine democracy. On "NewsHour."
