President Donald Trump talks about the status of a bill to replace the Affordable Care Act, which the Senate is scheduled to vote on the the next day. Trump says that Senate Republicans have not done their job in repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act and warns that any senator who votes against starting the debate on health care is saying they are "fine with the Obamacare nightmare."
