U.S. President George W. Bush and others talk about Project Safe Neighborhoods
         President George W. Bush, Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA), Philadelphia Mayor John F. Street, and U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft outline Project Safe Neighborhoods, a $550 million, two-year initiative to prevent illegal gun sales and prosecute felons caught in possession of guns.
