U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney talks about U.S. energy policy at the Associated Press annual meeting. Cheney describes a potential national energy crisis and outlines the administration's energy policy. He says that the administration will pursue limited oil drilling in the Alaska Wildlife Refuge, develop clean and efficient coal burning, expand nuclear power assets, and encourage alternate power sources.
