President Donald Trump talks about gun violence and school safety. Trump says that he wants to ban bump stock devices, that the country should look into "hardening" schools and focus on mental health issues and that the leadership of the National Rifle Association (NRA) wants to help solve the problem of gun violence. Vice President Mike Pence introduces Trump. Trump's remarks are made at the annual meeting of the National Governors Association in Washington D.C.
