Excerpt of an interview with U.S. Representative Delbert Latta on the impeachment of President Richard Nixon
Delbert Latta, member of the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, finds U.S. President Richard Nixon guilty. Latta says there would be little support for censure in the House of Representatives given that Nixon admitted guilt. Latta also states that himself and attorney James D. St. Clair were misled and suggests going directly to the Senate for impeachment saving the 10-day debate in the House. Interviewer is unidentified.
