U.S. Senator William Proxmire suggests to the Democratic Platform Committee that it support two bills on mandatory disclosure

U.S. Senator William Proxmire of Wisconsin suggests to the Democratic Platform Committee that it come out strongly for two bills pending before the Senate Banking Committee, which would cut down on corporate bribery and white collar crime through mandatory disclosure legislation.
