He calls Operation Iraqi Freedom a fierce struggle to protect the world from weapons of mass destruction and the misdeeds of Iraqi war criminals, who have put their own citizens at risk. Bush adds that the American armed forces have performed brilliantly, and that their mission will not be over until Iraq is free.
