President Obama speaks with reporters and responds to questions following the conclusion of the NATO Summit in Wales. Obama says there is unanimous agreement in NATO that there must be immediate action addressing the threat posed by the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). Obama says the goal is to "degrade and ultimately destroy ISIL" because they pose a threat to the international alliance. He also speaks about the ceasefire in Ukraine and the need to protect member nations from aggression.
