President Obama speaks to reporters about his briefing with with nearly two dozen advisers and aides including Cabinet officials and CDC Director Tom Frieden on the Ebola outbreak in West Africa and cases of the disease in the U.S. Obama promises additional training and resources to deal with the emergency and describes his efforts to rally assistance from Japan and several European nations.
