Michigan State University journalism students present a panel discussion entitled, "Bias Busters: 100 Questions About Cultural Diversity - With Answers!" MSU Journalism Professor Joe Grimm frames the discussion and introduces the student panel who talk about their experiences in creating the paperback book series called "100 Questions and Answers...", designed to help break down cultural stereotypes of ethnic minorities in America. Panelist Merinda Valley talks about how the project was started and outlines its goals; panelist Katelyn Kerbrat explains how the group reached out to minority persons in order to learn their experiences in trying to integrate into American culture; panelist Kyle Koehler explains the group's approach to documenting its questions and how they assembled accurate answers to the questions. Panelists take questions from the audience. A breakout discussion session is not recorded. MSU Librarian Hui Hua Chua convenes the session.
