Emperor's river : photographing along China's Grand Canal
Photographer Philipp Schulz Rittermann delivers his presentation entitled, "Emperor's river : photographing along China's Grand Canal," at the Michigan State University Museum. Rittermann discusses the importance of retaining the rights to photos taken, the evolution of the canal, his experiences in China, his photographic style, and how he tries to capture the feel of moment in his pictures. Rittermann takes questions from the audience. Rittermann is introduced by Michigan State University Professor John P. Beck.
