         President Barack Obama says that the U.S. and its negotiating partners have reached an agreement with Iran over the country's nuclear program. Obama explains the agreement and says that it requires Iran to dismantle parts of its nuclear program, discontinue the pursuit of nuclear weapons, and allow full access for verification by international inspectors. In exchange, Obama says, the U.S. and other countries will lift economic sanctions on Iran.
