President Donald Trump delivers the 2018 commencement address to the graduating midshipmen of the U.S. Naval Academy. Trump talks about the strength of the Navy and the U.S. armed forces in general. He also highlights the $700 billion approved by congress this year in defense spending, and says that it will help boost the size of the Navy's fleet to 355 ship including the addition of a new aircraft carrier. The president is introduced by Superintendent of the Naval Academy, Vice Admiral Walter "Ted" E. Carter Jr.
