U.S. Vice President Mike Pence talks about U.S.-China relations. Pence accuses China of interfering in the 2018 U.S. midterm elections and says that relations between the two nations must be reciprocal and then presents a list of Chinese government policies which have a negative impact on the U.S. He makes his remarks at the Hudson Institute.
