U.S. President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev praise the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) signed in Prague. The treaty aims to reduce the number of warheads and the number of delivery vehicles for each country. Both offer hope that the agreement will usher in a new age of cooperation between the two countries and a new age of nuclear responsibility around the globe. The presidents also answer questions from reporters.
