The passion of Sacco and Vanzetti : a musical portrait
Karen Brandow and Charlie King perform their original work, "The passion of Sacco and Vanzetti : a musical portrait", before a noon-time audience at the Michigan State University Main Library. The production features images, dramatic readings and songs covering Sacco and Vanzetti's personal and political histories, their trial, convictions and eventual executions in 1927 by the state of Massachusetts. Introduction by MSU Professor John Beck. Part of the "Our daily work, our daily lives brown bag series" sponsored by the MSU Museum and the MSU School of Labor & Industrial Relations.
