U.S. President George W. Bush talks about the neeed for more funding for the military operation in Iraq
President George W. Bush speaks to various veterans groups at the White House. With the Iraq War recently begun, Bush asks Congress to pass his war time supplemental appropriations bill worth $75 billion that would help outfit the troops, assist in the reconstruction of Iraq and further secure America from terrorist threats. He praises veterans for showing their support of the bill and the troops overseas.
