Marsha Dollarhite discusses her career as a plant security officer at the Fisher Body plant in Lansing, MI

Marsha talks about being one of only a few women on security, the dress code, gate duty, seniority, responding to accidents, and pulling crossing guard duty for the Verlinden elementary School.
