Leftist Political Posters Collection

MSU Libraries Special Collections' Leftist Political Posters Collection (MSS 719) includes posters from mostly European leftist social movements and activist groups, primarily from the 1970s and 1980s. Many of the posters come from the Netherlands, Germany, Belguim, and Ireland, but a sizable amount also originate from Palestine, South America, and China. Topics covered in the posters include communism, terrorism, the Irish Troubles, and anti-imperialism.
