Telegrams from New York state that the articles of association will be filed for a railway company to acquire to new line now building at Brockville, through New York State, to a connection with the Boston & HoosacTunnel Railroad, and which is to form the Masschusetts link of the extensive system which is to bring Boston 270 miles nearer to Duluth.
