Taken South
Tuesday the special palace car Wandered was taken through here to Republic for the purpose of removing Mr. Morgan, whose serious illness has already been noticed, to the south. Wednesday he was somewhat worse and it was not deemed advisable to move him. He spent Thursday night comfortably, however, and yesterday morning he was taken to the car. It was brought down on the noon express and was transferred to the south bound C&NW passenger train. Mr. Morgan's destination is Asheville, North Carolina, and it is to be hoped that he will reach it in safety, and that the climatic change will benefit him.""
