Michael Mahan, one of the oldest engineers on the DSS&A has been promoted to Road Foreman of Engines. His duties will consist in being everywhere present on the road and to see that the engineers and firemen attend to their duties properly whle on the orad and to assist the superintendent of motive power and machinery by suggestions and accurate reports of the work performed by the engines and their crews
